Studio Policies & Collective Guidelines
A little clarity creates more room for ease. Our policies are created to respect your time, honor our teachers, and support a welcoming sustainable space for everyone who practices with and works with us.
-
Booking Your Practice
Students are encouraged to reserve their classes in advance through our online booking system. Advance reservations help us prepare the studio and honor our instructors' time.
If no students are registered 90 minutes before a scheduled class, Santosha Soul Collective may cancel that class. If at least one student is registered, class will proceed as scheduled.
The 90-minute window is not a booking deadline. Students may continue registering for any class that remains available on the schedule, up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Class Cancellations
We understand that plans change! Students may cancel a regular class reservation up to five minutes before the scheduled start time. Please cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend so we know not to expect you.
Late Arrivals
A five-minute grace period is provided for all regularly scheduled classes.
For in-person classes, students may enter up to five minutes after class begins. After that, studio doors are secured and late entry is no longer available.
For live virtual classes, participants may connect within the first five minutes. Virtual access closes after that window, and late connections cannot be accommodated.
-
Membership Renewals
Recurring Santosha Soul Collective memberships renew automatically according to the billing schedule selected at purchase. Memberships remain active until a cancellation request is received and processed.
Members are responsible for managing their subscriptions, including notifying the studio when they wish to discontinue their membership. Nonattendance does not automatically pause or cancel a membership.
Membership Cancellations
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted by email at least seven days before the next scheduled billing date.
Once a cancellation request is processed, future recurring payments will stop, subject to any applicable membership commitment. Members may continue using their existing membership benefits through the end of their paid billing period.
Refunds
Membership payments are generally nonrefundable once processed, including renewals that occur because a cancellation request was not submitted in time.
Refunds or billing adjustments may be considered at the discretion of Santosha Soul Collective on a case-by-case basis.
Membership Freezes
We understand that life happens. Membership freezes may be requested for circumstances including illness, injury, pregnancy, bereavement, extended travel, military service, or other personal needs.
Freeze requests must be communicated directly to the studio by email to cashel@santoshasoulcollective.com before the requested freeze period begins. Retroactive freezes or credits for previously unused membership time are not generally available.
Requests are reviewed individually, with the intention of offering reasonable flexibility while maintaining fair and sustainable membership practices.
-
New Student Introductory Offer
Our introductory offer is available to eligible first-time Santosha students and provides unlimited access to qualifying regularly scheduled classes for 30 consecutive days from purchase date.
Introductory offers are limited to one per eligible student and cannot be restarted or extended except at the studio's discretion.
Students who choose to transition into an eligible recurring membership during their introductory period may apply their introductory purchase price toward that membership, subject to the terms of the offer.
Class Packs
Class packs provide a set number of class visits that may be used during the validity period associated with the pack purchased.
Expiration dates are provided at the time of purchase. Unused visits expire at the end of the applicable validity period unless an extension is approved by the studio.
Class packs are intended for individual use and are nontransferable unless otherwise expressly approved.
Purchases & Expiration
Memberships, class packs, and introductory offers are generally nonrefundable. Extensions, transfers, or account adjustments may be considered individually at the studio's discretion.
-
Reservations & Payment
Workshops, ceremonies, sound experiences, and other special events require advance registration and payment unless otherwise specified.
Spaces may be limited, and reservations are confirmed through our booking system.
Cancellation Policy
Special events have a different cancellation policy from regularly scheduled classes.
Unless otherwise stated in the event description, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event start time to retain eligibility for a credit or refund review.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the event and no-shows result in forfeiture of the full event fee.
Exceptions may be considered by Santosha Soul Collective on a case-by-case basis.
Studio Cancellations
If Santosha Soul Collective cancels a workshop or special event, registered participants will be offered a refund or appropriate credit.
Member Discounts
Eligible membership discounts are applied according to the benefits of the membership held and any applicable event restrictions. Discounts cannot necessarily be combined with other promotions.
-
Arriving for Practice
Please arrive with enough time to settle in before class begins. We encourage students to silence their phones and leave them in a cubby, remove shoes before entering the practice space, and respect the atmosphere of the studio.
Respecting Personal Space
Every student's practice is their own. Please honor the physical and emotional boundaries of others, including their preferences around conversation, proximity, and hands-on adjustments.
Hands-on assistance is always optional. Students are encouraged to communicate their preferences and may decline an adjustment at any time.
Caring for Our Space
Please treat studio equipment, props, and shared areas with care. Return borrowed props after use and help us maintain a clean, comfortable environment for everyone.
Practice Responsibly
Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies, modify or rest as needed, and communicate relevant concerns to their instructor. Participation in yoga and wellness activities is voluntary and should remain within each student's individual comfort and ability.

Rooted in Love. Rising in Soul.
Santosha Soul Collective is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful space where people from all walks of life can experience the practice of yoga and the connection of community.
We welcome individuals of all races, ethnicities, religions, spiritual beliefs, gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, body types, abilities, and levels of experience.
You do not need to look a certain way, believe a certain thing, have a particular background, or possess any previous yoga experience to belong here.
We recognize that yoga is not a practice reserved for any one demographic, body, belief system, or level of privilege. Our intention is to make its teachings and benefits accessible to a broader and more diverse community.
Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or behavior that compromises the safety, dignity, or belonging of others is not tolerated.
We ask everyone who enters our space to practice with compassion, curiosity, personal responsibility, and respect for the people sharing the room.
There is space for you here.
