I create a loving, present, and intentional space to unwind, unravel, and explore the deeper layers of the body through movement, breath, self-awareness, and philosophy.

I was first called to the mat for my mental and emotional health. Yoga became a way for me to connect with my body, find supportive community, and build a more loving relationship with myself. I began with hot power vinyasa and Kundalini yoga, and over the years my practice has expanded to include slow flow, yin, pranayama, bhakti yoga, meditation, and living yoga as a way of life.

As I continued to show up for myself, I began to recognize how much the practice could reach beyond the physical—helping me ground my nervous system, move through discomfort, and grow in confidence. I completed my training through Hot Power Yoga Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, where my relationship with yoga and teaching continued to deepen.

In my classes, you can expect to move, strengthen, and stretch while exploring the connection between body, mind, and spirit. I love incorporating different paces and styles of music to create a journey through practice, and I hope you leave feeling renewed, present, grounded, and connected to love, peace, and compassion.

Beyond yoga, I love being in nature, photography, writing, reading, filmmaking, art, cooking, herbalism, making holistic elixirs, and spending time with my cat, Buddha. I am also a Reiki practitioner, host women's circles and writing circles, and work with feminine embodiment practices.

YOGA TEACHER

Yoga came naturally to me as someone with a flexible body and a chaotic mind. For me, yoga is the midpoint that connects and grounds my physical and mental self. I began practicing more regularly when I was pregnant with my son, initially to help with circulation, but yoga quickly became much more than physical release. It became a daily cleansing of body and mind—a practice that helps me release, integrate, and reconnect with myself.

I hope the practice I offer gives you time and space to connect with yourself and your body. I aspire to create unique, accessible, and empowering classes that are both challenging and enjoyable. More than anything, I hope you leave feeling uplifted and connected—to yourself and to community.

Outside the studio, I'm a quirky hippie, as some of my friends might say. I was raised environmentally conscious, and those values continue to shape the way I live. One of my biggest dreams is to someday live off-grid in an intentional community. Much of my time is spent with my son, and I love exercise, swimming, weightlifting, and—most of all—community. I believe we are all inherently artists and that expressing ourselves and sharing with others is an essential part of happiness.
