What is Santosha?
Yoga Sūtra 2.42
Santoṣād anuttamaḥ sukha-lābhaḥ
“From contentment comes unsurpassed happiness.”
Santosha Soul Collective fosters your connection to the divine within by blending physical practice, breath awareness, philosophy, mythology, nervous system resilience, strength & softness and genuine community into something that goes far beyond aesthetics. You’ll come for the yoga, but you’ll stay for the conversations, the laughter, the stories, and the people who begin to feel like family.
Whether you’re here to build strength, find steadiness, dive deeper into yoga philosophy, or simply discover a place where you can show up exactly as you are, you’ll find practices that meet you on your journey - and gently invite you to embrace abundance and self-realization.
Because we believe yoga isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who we are
Sat-Chit-Ananda ~ being, consciousness, and bliss.

Your Questions Answered
-
Absolutely. Yoga is a practice that meets you exactly where you are. You may even be surprised at what you’re already capable of doing. If you decide to sign up for the 30 day intro, it will give you room to explore different classes and teachers without needing to know exactly what you’re looking for yet.
-
No. Flexibility is not a prerequisite for yoga any more than strength, balance or experience is. Yoga meets you where you are and evolves with you.
-
No. Yoga has deep roots in ancient Indian philosophical and spiritual traditions, but practicing yoga at Santosha does not require adopting a religion or particular belief system.
We honor yoga as a practice much broader than physical movement while welcoming people of all faiths, backgrounds and belief systems.
-
Anything comfortable that allows you to move freely. You don’t need special yoga clothing.
-
Comfortable clothes, water and a yoga mat if you have one. We provide bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets and have a few yoga mats you can borrow if you don’t have your own.
-
You don’t have to find the “perfect” first class. Your intro gives you 30 days precisely so you can explore…. but, Strength & Softness is a slow flowing Vinyasa class that is a more gentle entry point to movement and is a great entry point.
-
Ember Flow classes are intentionally warmed while the others are not. Each class description will tell you what to expect.
-
Yes. Your intro includes access to participating live virtual classes during your 30 days.
-
If you’ve found your place here, choose the membership that best fits your practice.
Join an eligible Santosha membership before your introductory period ends and we’ll apply your full $39 intro purchase toward it.
Decide we aren’t your yoga home…No pressure. There is no automatic conversion into a full membership. The trial is a standalone purchase.
-
Monthly recurring memberships may be canceled before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next charge.
Paid-in-full memberships may be canceled prior to their next renewal to prevent renewal for another term. Cancellation does not terminate or refund the current prepaid term.
